Mainly, we are able to cater three types of labels as below...
Woven Labels
Woven labels are thought to be limited design-wise as they’re woven on a loom. Printed labels can use a large palette of colours to create intricate, detailed designs. But woven labels are thought to be more for brand names, website addresses and maybe catchy straplines depending on the size of the label.
Woven labels can be added to any kind of clothing, accessories, home décor items, outdoor furniture and handmade items to enhance their look and value. Our labels can be finished in a number of different ways such as cut, folded, iron on, self-adhesive, ribbons, patches or die cut.
We offer variety of woven labels:
- Damask (100 Denier or 50 Denier)
- Satin
- Taffeta
- Cotton
The fact the whole label is woven makes for an attractive soft feel to them, but they’re durable too. Woven labels tend to last longer than printed labels due to the superior quality of material used.
A woven label is the perfect way to add a touch of class to your garments. The individual stitches give a more long-lasting look. It’s a premium choice and one that oozes class onto any garment.
Our Customers can create HD labels in almost any imaginable color and this regard both the background and the foreground. For the precise determination of the colors, you may want to use PANTONE® Colour Chart or any other common color scale. In our colours chart you can find a range of colors that are used for 99% of all woven labels. You can choose those colors directly while configuring your label or configuring your patch.
Satin Labels
Satin Clothing labels are made from a polyester based material. Satin is a weaving technique that makes the fabric glossy/shiny with a smooth and sleek surface. It can be shiny on one side (single face/standard satin) or both sides (double face satin)

Satin Clothing labels can be Printed or Woven. These clothing labels are commonly found in formal dresses, bedding, lingerie and infant clothing. Satin clothing labels are also excellent as care and content labels due to its slick background which allows a high level of detail and small print. We offer our printed satin clothing labels as either silk-screened or printed with thermal transfer ink.
Satin clothing labels typically start as either white or black material. Never the less, we can custom dye the fabric to match any color. You would just use the pantone chart or send us your artwork and we can dye the material to match your needs. We can also imprint can be in any color as well. See the PANTONE® Colour Chart.
We can also print the clothing labels with an unlimited amount of colors. This is called digital full-color print. You would need to send us your artwork in order to get pricing. Because all the labels we make are custom, there is no limit to the colors and sizes that we offer. Please contact us for the details.
Nylon Printed Labels
Nylon is a generic word for a family of synthetic polymers. It’s a silky material that can be melt-processed into fibers, films or shapes. Nylon clothing labels are made from that very fiber. Since nylon is a synthetic fiber, there is no limit to the color or colors that can be made of nylon.
Nylon printed clothing labels are made when the fibers are formed into flat sheets and then cut into individual labels. The material is smooth and flexible. To some, it feels similar to paper. However, the material is difficult to rip or tear. It is also extremely durable and weather resistant making it perfect for many common uses for care and content labels or for commercial and industrial uses.
Nylon printed clothing labels are made to be smooth but they can also have a woven pattern so they can appear to be actual fiber. Nylon labels are waterproof and that makes them a great option for outdoor gear or outerwear.
Printed nylon clothing labels have a smooth feel and appearance. They feel strong yet flexible in your hand. Nylon printed labels are very popular as laundry labels. You will see them in all types of products like jeans, t-shirts, headwear and accessories like belts.

Nylon printed labels also work really well if you need to have us print a UPC barcode or a QR code because of the smooth surface.

R Qube Labels
The most commonly ordered label. Not folded. Can be sewn into or onto a garment from any side, combination of sides, or all four.
The ends of a mitre fold label are folded behind and up creating a tab that is sewn into the garment.
Top and bottom (or left and right) ends of label are joined and sewn into the garment together.
Similar to Manhattan fold, except the top is folded down on both ends.
